Our Local Collective provides software for estimating, scheduling, field work, customer communication, and payments. By creating an account or using the mobile app you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the service

The software is a tool for contractors and their customers. Unless a separate written contract says otherwise, the software provider is not the general contractor on your job and is not a party to the construction contract between the contractor and the homeowner.

2. Your responsibilities

Contractors are responsible for estimates, scope, pricing, licensing, insurance, permits, and workmanship. Keep your login (email/password or phone + PIN) to yourself.

3. Accounts

You may sign in on the website or in the Our Local Collective app. You can close your login at any time at Delete account.

4. Payments

Card payments may be processed by Stripe. Stripe’s terms also apply. The contractor’s connected account receives customer funds when Connect is used.

5. Photos and device access

The app may use the camera, microphone, and photo library so crews and estimators can attach job and estimate media. You control those OS permissions on your phone.

6. Disclaimers

Software is provided “as is” within the limits allowed by law. Estimates and any AI suggestions are not a substitute for on-site judgment.
